Join Source Energy Services and be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and growth.Pay & Perks$26/hour starting pay (minimal experience)$3/hour night shift differential$2,500 Sign-On BonusMonthly bonus program401(k) with company matchSchedule2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)Work only half the monthBuilt-in days off + predictable rotationWhat You'll DoInstall, service and maintain production equipment.Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.Lubricate all moving parts of equipment in the plant processing circuit.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to management.Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Communicate with the production team on maintenance related activities.Prepare and submit maintenance reports.Cross-train in other positions as needed.Promote a positive company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.Other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMaintenance Technician experience preferredStrong safety mindsetReliable with a solid work ethicWilling to learn and growValid driver's license, required.Why Work HereStrong safety-first cultureGrowing company with advancement opportunitiesOn-the-job training and developmentStable, full-time workBenefitsHealth insurance from $5 (single)Free dental, life, and disability insurancePaid vacation + holidaysBoot reimbursementEAP + wellness programsOptional vision, short-term disability, and moreApply today and start a stable, well-paying career with room to grow.
