We are in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our committed medical team at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center located in Huntington, West Virginia.

Position Highlights

As a Gastroenterologist in the Medical Service, your responsibilities will include:

  • Practicing independently within a collaborative specialty team
  • Diagnosing and treating conditions related to:
    • Esophagus
    • Stomach
    • Small intestine
    • Colon and rectum
    • Pancreas
    • Gallbladder
    • Biliary system
    • Liver
  • Performing and assisting with gastroenterological procedures
  • Providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient GI care
  • Engaging in educational activities with Marshall University learners
  • Primarily working at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center campus
  • Enjoying a consistent Monday to Friday schedule

Schedule

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

No RVU pressure. No production quotas. Focus on patient care.
