Job Summary
Delta Construction & Renovation LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial construction, excellent craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Build, install, and repair framing, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
- Install siding, decking, drywall backing, and finish carpentry components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Identify and report any job site issues or material shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
