We're on a mission to radically serve our members, empower our team through career opportunities and to support our communities and others in need.Fit Factory is looking for a friendly, upbeat and personable individual who is great with kids!The ideal candidate(s) for this position, possesses a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with others on a daily basis. We are looking for a candidate who is available part-time in the morning and or afternoon during the week.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Watch and care for children from ages of 3 months to 13 years old in the babysitting room.Establish and maintain relationships with all the children and parents.Provide a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe environment for all the children.Physical Functions:Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift;Ability to occasionally bend at waist with some twisting up to 5 hours per day;Ability to hold children and carry children up to 20lbs thru out the shift;Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of babysitting experience with multiple children.Above average customer service skills.Please apply by submitting your resume.
