Sales Associate (New York City Metropolitan Area)

The Phoenix Group is a boutique staffing firm based in NYC. We focus on IT, Accounting & Finance, Professional Services, Legal, and Administrative recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage client relationships
• Prospect and develop new business
• Source and interview candidates (IT focus, plus other specialties)
• Manage the hiring process from interview to offer
• Negotiate terms and close deals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or consulting experience (IT strongly preferred)
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by results
