AssemblerTo prepare coils for the final stages of building and testing to meet quality specifications.Responsibilities:Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.Bend, shape, and cut wires/lugs.Attach wires using lugs/crimps.Use pneumatic/hydraulic crimping tools.Use ultra sonic welder.Participate in physical inventory activities.Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.Meet established efficiency and productivity standards.Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.Additional or updated duties as business demands change.Must Have:Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples.Prior manufacturing experienceManually handling 5 pounds often by lift/push/pullHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
