Behavioral Health RN

Requirements: RN license, BCLS, graduate of accredited nursing program
Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient psychiatric experience
Required Certifications: BLS, HWC
Preferred: ACLS
Role: Provides direct and indirect behavioral health patient care using the nursing process
Skills: Assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary communication
Fit: Collaborative, patient-focused, and able to communicate changes in patient condition appropriately
