About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Pending state license accepted Certifications: ARRT-CT, BLS Must-Have: - ARRT-CT required in hand by time of submission - Minimum of 1 year experience scanning on a Siemens scanner - COVID-19 vaccine optional Description: No locals within 100 miles. Shifts may include both weekends and weekdays. Shift assignments may vary from week to week based on departmental needs. For example, an employee might be scheduled Monday through Wednesday one week and Thursday through Saturday the next. Experience in the following disciplines is preferred: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Aspirations/Biopsies, Brain Perfusion, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Myelography, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction. First-timers are accepted. Call is required for weekday night 12-hour shifts and weekend 12-hour day and night shifts. Travelers should be CT certified. Preferred patient age groups include Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. No floating required within sister facilities. Maximum 7 days of RTO preferred; approval needed for greater than 7 days. Modules are billable up to 4 hours; any time beyond this is non-billable. Clinicians may spend up to 12 hours completing modules during orientation and annually. EKG testing is pass/fail with a maximum of 2 attempts; a 6-month system DNR applies if failed twice. Preceptor pay is not offered. Eligibility includes prior travel experience. A 6-month break is required after 1 year or 4 consecutive assignments, whichever occurs first. A 12-month separation is required for returning staff. No marketing submissions are permitted. Traveler preference should be included at submission. All skills listed are accurate and preferred.
