Help at Home - - Responsibilities: Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times; Provide verbal and/or physical prompts to support individuals in daily activities and promote independent living; Accurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain timely and detailed logs during each shift; Collaborate with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and local office staff to ensure quality care; Assist with activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, and social engagement
