Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care. How you’ll contribute A New Graduate RN who excels in this role: Demonstrates a commitment to patient‑centered care by performing comprehensive assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high‑quality care. Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast‑paced environment. Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence. What we’re looking for Degree from an accredited nursing school RN Licensure BCLS 7am‑7pm, 3x12 hour shifts one week and 3x12 hour shifts the next week, rotating weekends.
