Shifts: 1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift Available, Monday - Friday Pay (depends on shift): $16.97 - $17.22 per hour

What You'll Do

• Inspect food products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove damaged or defective food products from the production process
• Verify package accuracy, seals, labels, and date codes
• Pack and prepare finished food products according to specifications
• Support production teams to keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain clean work areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Report quality, safety, or production concerns
• Cross-train in multiple production areas

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Frequent reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
