Job Description
Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is looking for a Part-Time Doorman/Concierge to work at a luxury high-rise condominium on Massachusetts Avenue, NW, DC. Successful candidates will be reliable and have a professional demeanor.
Schedule : Thursday–Friday : Doorman, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Sunday : Concierge, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, courteous demeanor.
Open doors, escort individuals, and assist with transportation needs.
Handle packages, groceries, and luggage deliveries (must be able to lift 25–50 lbs).
Monitor building access, log incoming packages, and maintain logs via Condo Control.
Maintain organization of package room/ mail system.
Respond to resident requests and emergencies professionally and promptly.
Ensure safety and security by monitoring surveillance and reporting concerns.

Qualifications :
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor. 2 button down shirts, a sport coat and pants will be provided as a uniform.
Ability to be on time and flexible with breaks as needed.
