General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Hourly Wage Minimum hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Employment Type Part‑Time.
