Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing distribution company to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This role will support multiple customer accounts while working closely with warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify pricing information
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate invoices and maintain account documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment
• Assist with account coverage and team support as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Microsoft Office experience required MH456
