Job TitleRequires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: Secret Required Education: High school diploma or equivalentJob DescriptionThe Contractor shall provide support in the administration, management, and dispensation of pay, entitlements and benefits to military personnel. The Contractor shall possess extensive knowledge and full understanding of and experience with the USMC's Marine Corps Total Force System as well as feeder and supporting sub-systems; the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulations; the Joint Travel Regulations and complementing Joint instructions.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesContractor shall conduct audits, identify errors in dispensation, and identify appropriate corrective action. Contractor shall conduct analysis to identify the root causes for errors, and provide recommendations for changes to procedures, processes, and/or technical systems to the Director, CPAC.Required Qualifications4+ years' experience with the USMC's pay systemExtensive knowledge of the USMC's Total Force System, as well as feeder and supporting sub-systems, DoD Financial Mgt Regulations, the JTR, and complementing Joint instructionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCurrent passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUSEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentSecurity Clearance RequirementsSecretPhysical, Work Environment & ConditionsTypical office environment:Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.May require walking between different buildings or workstations.Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issuesThis position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
