Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Long Term Care setting requiring 2+ years of PT experience and a TX or compact license.
Details
- Long Term Care setting within a Physical Therapy unit
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
- TX or compact license required, if applicable
- Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
Additional Information
- Develops and implements personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques
- Educates patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Works within a warm, personalized rehabilitative care environment focused on patient goals and progress
- Collaborates closely with patients and families to support recovery
