Defense Procurement Buyer I: Vendor Negotiation & POs

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage vendor sourcing, quote requests, and PO issuance for USG and non-USG contracts in a defense/security context. You will handle build-to-print assemblies, COTS software licenses, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with CPSR standards.
