VP Of Sales and BD - Water & Wastewater

Position Summary Leads global sales strategy and execution for the Water & Wastewater business. Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and building a high-performance sales team. Oversees sales infrastructure, channel partners, and ensures alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustained annual and long-term growth objectives. Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet established sales and margin objectives. Deliver detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to the leadership team. Lead sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pricing strategies. Manage key industry events as well as significant product launches. Manage global sales operations budget and performance metrics. Collaborate with Product Line Management and Product Development to gather market intelligence for new offerings and provide sales leadership throughout development. Develop and execute the Water & Wastewater sales operations budget, including best-in-class sales performance metrics and processes to maximize revenue and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years in executive sales leadership, preferably in water/wastewater markets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of the time.
