Job Description Parx Home Care is looking for a talented Home Health Aide to join our amazing team! Responsibilities Remind individuals to take their medication and offer help with administering it. Keep track of vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team. Take care of light household tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
