Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state
- Current certifications as required for the position
- Minimum years of experience as specified
- Familiarity with relevant EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
