Real Estate Attorney
Location: Lansing, MI
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary Range: Competitive base + bonus (dependent on book of business)
Minimum Requirements: 7+ years experience | Portable book: 85%+
About the Opportunity
A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate and construction-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with an existing client base who is looking to grow within a collaborative and business-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Advise clients on construction-related legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Manage client relationships and grow existing book of business
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex transactions
What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in real estate law
• Strong background in construction and commercial real estate
• Portable book of business (85%+)
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills
• Licensed to practice in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
