Job Details Position Description: Supports and promotes the mission and values of the healthcare organization. Renders nursing care and carries out provider orders for patients on the Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor. Provides comprehensive clinical documentation and promotes a culture of safety and well-being. Required Qualifications: Current New Hampshire RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Graduate of an approved Nursing program; 1 year of nursing experience; located in the service area. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Supports unit safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts. Acts as a preceptor for new nurses and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Maintains current licensure and certifications.
