Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care (Full-time)

Unit Description: Our community health nurses are a critical part of the UVM Health team. We prevent 87% of our patients being re-hospitalized and celebrate our nurses' dedication , daily contributions, and the positive impact they make on our patients and their health. As a home health nurse at the University of Vermont Health - Home Health and Hospice, you’ll work alongside a diverse, supportive team of nurses, physicians, and specialty practitioners who truly care about their patients and their community . Our full-time positions are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, which is amazing schedule for parents or those who want work/life balance. There is one rotating weekend day every 5-6 weeks, but you will not work one of the weekdays those weeks. Our Community Health Nurses provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes—helping individuals remain where they feel most comfortable . Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required. Varies by unit.
