Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Brooklyn, NY Pay: $35.00 per hour Overview We are currently seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. We have opportunities available in both our Ambulatory Care Service and Long-Term Care facilities. If you are a dedicated LPN with relevant experience, we would love to hear from you! Positions Available Ambulatory Care Service - 3 LPNs Needed Locations Monday to Friday, 8:00 or 8:30 AM to 4:30 or 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays may be required Qualifications (Ambulatory Care) Epic experience is a huge plus Experience in primary care or multispecialty clinics is preferred Hospital med-surg or nursing home experience will be considered for highly experienced candidates Long-Term Care (SSI - LPN LTC) Positions 5 Full-Time Positions Shift 1 Days: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Every other weekend required 37.5 hours per week Shift 2 Evening: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Every other weekend required Qualifications (LTC) Nursing home experience is required Candidates must be local Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of New York Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
