Job Summary & Responsibilities

Hourly Rate: $78.00

Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts/ 5 Days a week - Days/Evenings/Nights Available

(Full-Time Position Only)

Our client in Corona, Ca. is looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for their patients in a correctional facility.

Monitor patient's condition and assess theirneeds to provide the best possible care.
Observe and interpret patient's symptoms andcommunicate them to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses todevise individualized care plans for patients.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressuremeasurements, administering injections etc.) and fill inpatient's charts.
Adjust and administer patient's medication(s)and provide treatments according to the physician's orders.
Inspect the facilities and act to maintainexcellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment,sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Expandtheir knowledge and capabilities by attending educationalworkshops, conferences etc.

Requirements

Must have at least 1 year RN experience within the last 3 years
Full-time
Must have a current and active RN license
Must have a current and active BLS from American Heart Association
Must have clean background
Contractual but renewable
Weekly Pay, Sick Pay, Overtime and Holiday Pay
A valid nursing license.
