JOB REQUIREMENTS: Level I Caregivers provide essential daily support to residents, including assistance with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, medication administration, transportation to appointments or errands, and behavioral intervention. They help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring patients' physical and emotional well-being. While they do not handle administrative tasks, they are dedicated to delivering hands-on care and support. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation. Offer companionship by engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities to promote emotional well-being. Perform housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a clean and safe environment. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Support residents with mobility needs, including transferring, repositioning, and walking assistance. Observe, monitor, and promptly report any changes in resident behavior, health, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Follow individualized care plans and accurately document all services provided.
