IT Technician - Part Time

Position Part‑time IT Technician at Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ. Summary of Duties The IT Technician will work under the guidance of the Facility CEO and be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and networks to ensure high functionality and efficiency. The role includes user training, ensuring safe use of the IT infrastructure, and supporting the organization’s technology needs. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks and operating systems.
• Provide end‑user training and support.
• Monitor internet security and data privacy.
• Ensure compliance with required safety trainings and certifications.
• Coordinate with the CEO and other staff to optimize technology utilization.

Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s degree or related certification in computer technology preferred. Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. In‑depth knowledge of diverse computer systems and networks. Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles. Valid fingerprint clearance card.
