We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support teachers, parents/guardians, and students, focusing on the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. The primary responsibilities of this role include servicing assigned caseloads, conducting evaluations, participating in team meetings, serving on Building‑Based Support Teams, and providing creative, evidence‑based recommendations to aid student success. Responsibilities Demonstrate a solid knowledge of and maintain currency in Applied Behavioral Analysis; provide regular training to parents, caregivers, and staff. Complete observations of students and administer assessments (FBA, MAS, FAST, etc.) as needed. Develop data‑collection systems, graph data, and train parents and staff in data collection and interpretation. Create appropriate Behavior Intervention Plans, Positive Behavioral Interventions, and reinforcement schedules; consistently model implementation of plans and interventions. Attend IEP meetings for eligible students; determine service need based on evaluation data; develop goals and benchmarks. Attend meetings with the Director of Student Services and district BCBA to review processes, cases, and implementation of behavioral strategies. Proficiency with technology, digital learning tools, and blended learning approaches. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, colleagues, and administrators. Commit to continuous professional growth and reflective practice. Required Qualifications Hold a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification. Possess a Master’s Degree. Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of experience. At least one year of relevant experience. Master’s degree (preferred). Salary and Terms of Employment In accordance with the Freetown‑Lakeville Regional School Collective Bargaining Agreement. Employment is contingent upon job performance, program needs, and funding. Salary Range: L1/S1 $54,854 or higher depending on education and experience, as set by the CBA.
