Family Nurse Practitioner - Wellness-Centric Primary Care

Job Overview Marathon Health is an advanced primary care provider delivering value‑based care across onsite, nearsite, and virtual settings. This role supports patients with prevention, chronic disease management, acute care, and health education. The position offers a non‑production‑based compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a strong focus on wellness. Responsibilities As a provider, you practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license. You will: Deliver wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education to patients. Use resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD that are provided at no cost to you and your patients. Work autonomously within a team that values patient‑first principles, courage, ingenuity, community, and fun. Participate in regular provider meetings such as journal clubs and grand rounds for ongoing learning and collaboration. Qualifications Minimum Requirements for Nurse Practitioner Active RN license and current ANCC or AANP board certification. Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred (may be required for full prescribing ability). CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred. Minimum Requirements for Physician Associate Active PA license and current NCCPA board certification. Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred (may be required for full prescribing ability). CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred. Full practice authority is strongly preferred where applicable per state guidelines. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location, years of experience, and skill level.
