Laborer Position

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you'll play a key role in supporting production operations that contribute directly to the company's success. Laborer Job Duties:

Operate and assist with production machinery safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Load and unload materials and move heavy carts (up to 530 lbs)
Transport completed products to the next station in the production line
Enter finished goods into the inventory system

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday to Friday. 10:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Mandatory overtime required

Pay:

$16.00 to $18.90 per hour (Based on shift and experience level)

Laborer Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, bending, and squatting for 12-hour shifts
Basic computer skills to input data into inventory management systems
