Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and timeframes.

  • Engage in regular one-on-one therapy sessions, effectively utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced equipment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Prepare and submit detailed clinical and progress summaries based on patient goals and achievements.

  • Maintain clear communication with referring medical professionals, ensuring they have accurate information to support ongoing patient evaluations.

  • Participate in follow-up calls and provide education on home exercises to both current and prospective patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele includes highly motivated athletic individuals aged 35 and older, with a focus on both elite and professional athletes. We also treat some children and adolescents dealing with orthopedic issues. Our patients are dedicated to their rehabilitation and exhibit a proactive approach to health and well-being, making it a rewarding experience for our therapists. Qualifications

  • A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in California is required.

  • A minimum of five years’ experience as a physical therapist is essential.

  • Exceptional manual therapy skills and a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and the willingness to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technologies in the field.

  • Willingness to teach small fitness classes of 3-6 people.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Pilates, NAIOMT training, IASTM, or similar specialized techniques is considered an asset.

  • Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
