• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date on advancements in ICU care through professional development and ongoing education.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1-2 years of ICU experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; CCRN certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations with sound judgment and compassion.
