Summary of Position The primary purpose is to provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors in designated hotel areas. When assigned to guestrooms, the attendant replaces linens, replenishes amenities, makes beds and responds to guests’ special requests and complaints. Respond to guests’ special requests and complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED. Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
