Senior Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview Flowhub is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own our Salesforce platform end-to-end: architecture, data governance, automation, and reporting. You will be the technical backbone of Revenue Operations, the person Sales, Customer Success, and Finance quietly rely on every day without ever stopping to wonder why the system just works. What You Own Configure and manage the Salesforce org: object model, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, profiles, sandboxes, deployments, and release cycles. Design and enforce data governance: deduplication, validation rules, naming conventions, picklist standards, and field‑level security. Pay down legacy debt and build a clean foundation to enable AI and advanced automation. Architect and retire automation with Flows, approval processes, and validation rules, and co‑own functional process design with RevOps leadership. Deliver reporting and visibility: report types, dashboards, folder structures, and scheduled deliveries that give leadership a true read on pipeline, forecasting, onboarding, and operational health. Enable stakeholders: create a clean intake for new requests, communicate system changes, and provide documentation and training that keep end users moving. You’ll Probably Love This Role If You’re happiest with your hands in the system, building and cleaning out Salesforce structures. Salesforce is your platform of choice; you know the data model, order of execution, and declarative toolset inside out. This Role Probably Isn’t For You If You are an order‑taker and want a queue of requests. Salesforce isn’t your home base; you need to learn a new CRM on day one. You want to be strategic without getting your hands dirty; this is a builder's seat. You need a clean slate; a decade of legacy data sounds like a headache. You are allergic to cannabis; our customers are dispensaries, and we need the mission‑first mentality. Remote is non‑negotiable for you; this is Coconut Grove HQ. Ideal Background (Not a Checklist) Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), current and active. 5+ years of hands‑on administration: Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and permission management. Owned an entire org, not just a corner of one; solo admin or very small team at a company under 100 people. Strong command of the data model and order of execution. Reporting that drives decisions: built reports and dashboards for leadership and cross‑functional teams. Comfort across the business: translate between technical and plain English with sales, finance, and customer success. Bonus if you bring additional certifications, Salesforce DX and source control, SQL or data warehouse familiarity, lightweight integrations, or experience in regulated industries.
