Location: 269 South Candy Lane, Cottonwood, AZ 86326

Start Date: 07/15/2026

End Date: 10/14/2026

Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (with night beeper call)

Hours/Week: 40+

Employment Type: Temporary/Locum

License/Certs: AZ license or IMLC; Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year required

Patient Volume: Approximately 15-18 patients/day

Procedures: 10-15 per week, including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy

Hospital: 99-bed facility with robotic surgery available

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: 1 employed MD and MATs on site

Schedule: August to December, various dates with coverage during normal business hours and on-call shifts

Hourly Rate: $481.65

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized urology consultations and follow-up care
• Perform outpatient procedures such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, and laser lithotripsy
• Manage inpatient and outpatient surgical cases including TURP and TURBT
• Collaborate with hospital support staff and support staff
• Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
• Participate in on-call duties during night shifts
• Ensure compliance with licensing and hospital protocols

What You Need

• Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum 1-year clinical experience
• DEA registration
• Proficiency in procedures like ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, cystoscopy

• Experience with TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient management skills
