The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging instruction in Algebra and Geometry while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic growth. Responsibilities Teach Algebra and/or Geometry courses to high school students Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Indiana academic standards Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assess student performance and provide timely feedback Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field Valid Indiana teaching license or ability to obtain licensure Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for student achievement and academic excellence Previous teaching experience preferred but not required Preferred Skills Experience teaching high school math courses Knowledge of differentiated instruction strategies Ability to integrate educational technology into instruction #J-18808-Ljbffr North West Hendricks Schools
