RN-Inpatient Dialysis

Shift: Various 12-hour shifts as needed (PRN)

In this role, you’ll take the lead in guiding patients through their care journey - using your critical thinking and clinical judgment to assess needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Your ability to apply the nursing process will ensure each patient receives safe, effective, and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, reliable, and compassionate patient care
• Conduct thorough assessments and identify key health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of accredited nursing program required
• BSN degree preferred

Experience:

• Prefer one (1) year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency
• Must have experience with hemodialysis

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Possess current RN licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state
• Maintain Current BLS Certification
