Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible Florida SLP license
• SLP-CCC or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF supervision already provided)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering measurable progress in student communication skills
• Flexibility for onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to PreK–12 students
• Maintain thorough documentation and report on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide a holistic educational experience
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Adapt therapy approaches for changing student needs and delivery models
