This Assistant Project Manager will get to work alongside some great PMs and Senior PMs in the area, while learning about multifamily projects from inception to completion. This opportunity offers growth, mentorship, team collaboration, expertise in the market, and a chance to make an impact in the Indy housing market. They have a development team, construction team, and a property management division, which offers the opportunity to run projects through construction & development to management as well. The team is a small, tight‑knit group looking to grow and looking for someone with the same drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Description Assist the Project Managers and SPMs as needed Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors Plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electial, etc. Communicate with city inspectors Assist with monthly budgets Review drawings and specs Profile Bachelors degree in construction management or similar is preferred 2-5 years of experience in the construction space, preferably as a project engineer or similar Proficiency in Procore is a plus!
