This remote role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with client and safety standards across a multi-site portfolio. The Assistant Facilities Manager will coordinate vendor services, manage work order systems, support process improvements, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position plays a key role in supporting account operations, driving service excellence, and upholding JLL's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and performance.What your day-to-day will look like:Support daily facility operations across assigned districts while ensuring services are delivered in alignment with contract scope, client expectations, and company proceduresCoordinate and manage third-party vendors providing janitorial, landscaping, waste management, snow removal, and general facility servicesMonitor CMMS and Corrigo systems to track work orders, service metrics, and SLA performance while ensuring timely issue resolution and work completionMaintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through proactive communication, service follow-up, and operational supportReview vendor performance, support quality assurance initiatives, and assist in driving continuous improvement effortsReview, reconcile, and approve vendor invoices while resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely closeoutCollaborate with internal account teams to improve operational processes, reporting, and service delivery standardsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or a related fieldExperience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms for work order management and system administrationStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationshipsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and operational coordinationAbility to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage tasks with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related disciplineExperience supporting distributed retail portfolios or multi-site facilities operationsFamiliarity with facilities management KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance management practicesExperience coaching or training vendors on systems, procedures, and service expectationsKnowledge of vendor management processes and third-party service coordinationExperience supporting operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, or data analysis activitiesFamiliarity with generative AI tools or conversational search applications used to improve workflows and operational efficiencyLocation: Remote (Mountain or Pacific Time Zones)Work Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday to Friday.Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year. The role is bonus eligible based on account performanceThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
