Responsibilities Launch your real estate career with confidence and momentum by graduating from PLACE New Agent Launch, a structured program designed to set you up for early success. Get immediate, hands‑on experience with active buyers by working alongside sales agents to guide their clients through home showings. Become exceptional at understanding buyer needs by providing detailed, written feedback that helps confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Build real transaction and negotiation skills early by writing and negotiating offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients. Create consistent income opportunities while building your pipeline by committing to a minimum of 10 hours per week of proven lead generation. Convert more conversations with confidence by participating in weekly script practice aligned with team standards. Grow faster in a collaborative, high‑performance environment by participating in team activities that encourage accountability and support. Receive personalized coaching and clear direction by committing to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
