About the Position

Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – New Hampshire

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12 shifts per month (3 shifts per week), including 4 weekend shifts per month; 12-hour shifts with scheduling completed around RTO requests

Highlights:

• 25-bed Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 patient ratios in a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Around-the-clock support from mid-level providers, trauma surgeons, and respiratory therapists
• Advanced technology including GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipaps and Hiflows, Puritan ventilators, and Hemospheres
• Meditech Expanse documentation system
• Comprehensive Stroke Center and Three Star STS Open Heart Program facility
• Experience with intubation, central/arterial line placement, and chest tube procedures

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Previous ICU experience required
• Strong telemetry skills and experience titrating vasoactive and inotrope medications
• Chest tube management experience
• Preferred: Open Heart experience, temporary pacing, and Swan-Ganz catheter experience
