Base Salary: Up to $150k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Workers Compensation Defense – Defense of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims, hearings, and related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims and hearings.
• Manage claims from intake through discovery, hearings, and appeals.
• Prepare for mediations, depositions, and administrative proceedings.
• Advise clients on risk management and claim strategy.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NJ bar.
• 2–6+ years of workers compensation defense experience.
