Field Services Engineer

We are partnered with an innovative medical device company specializing in energy-based technologies for the medical aesthetics and surgical markets. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support across customer sites in the Pacific Northwest. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laser systems, acting as a key technical resource while working cross‑functionally with Service, Software, Quality, and R&D teams. Install, repair, test, and calibrate laser systems and sub‑assemblies Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, escalating where needed Create technical documentation including procedures and service bulletins Conduct trend analysis on component failures and recurring issues Deliver on‑site customer support, training, and workshops Mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare part inventory Degree in Biomedical Engineering 2 to 4 years of field service experience, ideally in laser, medical device, or industrial equipment Strong understanding of optics, electronics, cooling systems, and power supplies Experience with technical writing and service documentation preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Skills Alliance
