If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.What does a great Account Analysis Product Manager do at Fiserv?As a Product Manager at Fiserv in the Digital Payment Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for leading the strategic execution and operational support of various products related to Account Analysis, Pricing and Billing solutions. Your role is crucial in supporting business modelling, revenue capture, and relationship-based banking services billing for numerous commercial customers at major financial institutions across the U.S. You will work on delivering value to clients, attracting new clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable, and scalable Account Analysis, Pricing and Billing solutions. Collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams is vital to creating differentiation and building success in a competitive market.What you will do:Develop and execute delivery plans for a defined product roadmap, in line with a target product strategy, operations, and marketing plansPartner closely with allied groups including Development, Implementations, Service, Operations and Sales/Marketing, ensuring delivered product aligns to business requirements and objectivesCollaborate with clients and client-facing teams to support product adoption and roll-outLead the development of a long-term product and market strategyBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersDrive innovation and business growth in a shared services environmentWhat You Will Need To Have:Strong experience and Subject Matter Expertise working with Pricing and Billing solutions like Weiland Account Analysis (WAA) or FIS Extended Account Analysis (XAA) or similar products3+ years of experience in overseeing the billing process for commercial client accounts at a Financial Institution, working as Treasury Management Operations Manager, or related rolesProduct Management experience in Account analysis, pricing and billing solutions at a Fintech or software companyProduct Delivery background with a focus on developing new or enhanced products to anticipate and meet changing market needsUnderstanding of customer needs and market trends in the banking and financial services industryAbility to work in a complex business environment and drive cultural transformationProven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growthBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, Technology focus preferredWhat Would Be Great To Have:Technical acumen in different technology ecosystems (mainframe, distributed, cloud)Experience modernizing legacy technology systems and platformsVisionary leadership with a clear product portfolio strategyMarket insight and ability to create partnership opportunitiesFocus on client needs and ability to drive results in a global technology organizationLeadership skills including client focus, market insight, and change leadershipSalary Range$136,000.00 - $225,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
