We are seeking an individual who will bring energy and passion to the entire program and who is committed to developing young student‑athletes both on and off the field. Coaches are expected to serve as positive role models and build strong relationships with student‑athletes, families, and the school community. Experience coaching pole vault is preferred. Candidates with a background in track and field and a willingness to obtain event specific training and certification will also be considered. Candidates must meet all coaching requirements as set forth by the OHSAA and the Westlake City School District.
