Implement and train others on treatment plans and goals. Model appropriate techniques related to the implementation of treatment plans and goals. Maintain all required certifications. Supervise Group Leaders and Habilitation Specialists in the implementation of treatment plans and goals. Maintain individual/family confidentiality. Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. Attendance and punctuality is essential. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to run. Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
