The Lowdown You'll Need 1 year of forklift experience required, Sit Down, Stand Up, Tugger Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and motions Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble vehicle components
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on parts and assemblies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
