We provide personalized services across mental health, physical therapy, and primary care, with a focus on identifying root causes and tailoring treatment accordingly. About the Role We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide outpatient services to individuals, couples, families, and/or children. Preferred: LCSW Also considered: LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC Responsibilities include: Providing compassionate, inclusive, evidence-based therapy Developing individualized treatment plans to support clients navigating complex emotional challenges and life transitions Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team Active participation in internal and community outreach and marketing efforts Option to develop areas of specialization or clinical interest What We’re Looking For LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC Strong clinical skills with a client-centered, relational approach High level of self-direction, accountability, and ability to work independently Interest in a range of modalities such as CBT, ACT, CFT, EMDR, Gottman Method, and others.
