If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work and contributing to a mission of compassionate care, we invite you to apply today and join our Mercy family.ResponsibilitiesIn cooperation with the Sr. Director coordinate budget meetings, tasks and responsibilities to compile budget and meet deadlines.Perform variance analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies.Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or mitigate risks.Collaborate with department leaders to build, maintain and validate actuals and budget.In collaboration with the Finance team develop monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts.Provides monthly analytical support to department managers.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and timely financial recordsAssist in building, developing, and motivating staff, team and partners.Assists Sr. Director and organizational leaders with special projects.RequirementsMust possess a BS in accounting, business administration or related field.Must have 5 years of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems.Min USD $38.58/Hr.Max USD $69.44/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
